Framexpress introduces evening quote service

Late quote service Framexpress

Installers who want 4-hour quotes from Framexpress can now get them over the phone, fax or email on weekday evenings up to 9pm.

It’s another added benefit for fitters who want a supplier that works with them to help make life easier.

Stuart Green, Director at Framexpress explains: “We know that installers are on site during the normal 9-5 work day, so calling or emailing to get a quote for another job has to wait until later.

“From talking to customers, we know that many of them do their quotes in the evenings when they get home. So, it made sense for us to offer a quick quote service until later in the day, in addition to our early morning opening. It means that installers will be able to get a price back to homeowners faster than their competitors.”

The Framexpress quotation team is on hand from 7.30am ‘til 9pm, Monday – Thursday and 7.30am ‘til 7pm on Fridays, to advise installers on the best products for their next project and return quotes in just 4 hours.

Speed is at the core of the Framexpress service and its range of uPVC windows, doors and Patiomaster doors are delivered direct to site in just 48 hours.

48 Hour delivery

Framexpress, the 4-hour quotes, 48-hour windows fabricator has added Patiomaster doors to its 2-day delivery service.

Mark Westbrook, Director at Framexpress says: “Our 4-hour quotes, 48-hour windows service is really popular with installers. That’s why we’ve extended it to include Patiomaster doors. It means that installers can get quotes for our full suite of PVCu windows, doors and patio doors in just 4 hours and products delivered in 48 hours.”

Framexpress is the Patiomaster Dealer for the West Midlands. The system is known in the industry as one of the best in-line sliding PVCu patio door systems on the market. Buying Patiomaster by Framexpress means that installation companies can offer this great system to homeowners, and benefit from the hassle-free Framexpress service.

With a stainless-steel track system and rollers, Patiomaster offers a super smooth opening for years to come. They’re efficient too – the inline sliding doors offer U-Values as low as 1.2 W/m2K – and there’s a full range of design options to offer to homeowners, including the option of up to four pane configurations, low thresholds, colours and hardware.

Security is taken care of with multipoint locking, a 3-star cylinder as standard and a dual purpose anti-lift/sash stabilising trim.  For extra peace of mind, there’s a 10-year manufacturer’s guarantee, too.

To provide a higher quality finish, the doors are fitted with a one-piece keep, which also makes installation more straight forward. Plus, Patiomaster doors suite with the Framexpress range of Profile 22 Optima windows, so it’s a great choice for full house retrofits.

Mark adds: “With 20 years’ experience supplying the industry with PVCu windows and doors, we understand the challenges that installers can face on site. That’s why we have built the Framexpress hassle-free service – to help them get on with the job.

“Our extended opening hours from 7.30am ‘til 9pm Monday – Thursday and 7.30am ‘til 7pm on Fridays, mean that installers can call for quotes when it suits their work day. Our precision manufacturing means that Patiomaster, like all our products, will be delivered spot-on, ready to install and on fast lead times.”

The management team at FrameXpress Ltd are delighted to announce that Jim Hinds has been appointed Production Manager at the firm. As a leading fabricator frameXpress is recognised by customers for performance, reliability and brand superiority, so bolstering the team during a significant expansion phase has been essential.

Jim has worked at the company since it was launched by Stuart Green and Mark Westbrook, 20 years ago, beginning in production and working his way up through the ranks over the years. His new appointment consolidates the management team and fortifies production methods at the company due to his understanding of the entire product portfolio and how it is manufactured.

His appointment reinforces the strong corporate position the company has achieved and will help to maintain the superior standards synonymous with the FrameXpress brand.

Part of the FrameXpress success is attributed to the team’s understanding of the product as well as the pressures on customers in a competitive market. Jim’s awareness that they need to install cost-effective and reliable products which last, is reflected in the procedures he has implemented on the production floor.

Bespoke, tailor-made solutions are available from the company and with his skillset, this greatly assists customers, as they know they can rely upon his technical advice on more complicated projects. This also helps to reinforce the strong market position with an emphasis placed on quality standards which Jim helps to evaluate and implement on a regular basis.

Over the years, Jim has helped to instigate new system installations and manufacturing procedures to ensure potential and new customers receive only the highest levels of support. This is clearly reflected in the very positive results achieved last year by the team as a whole.

As a leading fabricator of windows, doors, conservatories and ancillary products including an aluminium range, bifolds, Composite Doors and Guardian roofing, customers are always welcome to tour the frameXpress premises to view work in progress and to demonstrate the quality of the products as they are made.

On his new appointment Jim Hinds comments, “Quality and efficiency are core elements to the corporate philosophy here and always have been.

Equally, developing strong, ongoing business partnerships with customers are the distinguishing qualities that set frameXpress apart from its competitors. This is clearly demonstrated by the increasing sales figures which obviously require that production is monitored and adapted when necessary to accommodate the demand. It is wonderful to be part of the management structure helping to take the company forward.”

Tim Ball, Operations Director at frameXpress comments, “As the company continues to grow and diversify, it is essential that a strong, unified team is developed to maintain the qualities for which frameXpress is recognised. Jim is an invaluable part of our team and has made great headway in our development programme.”
