frameXpress – Where Excellence Comes As Standard
frameXpress has firmly established a strong reputation as a leading window, door and conservatory fabricator. The company is recognised for providing the highest possible standards and this has been achieved by on-going investment in staff training programmes as well as modern equipment that guarantees quality results time after time.
Recently the company was accredited with three new BSI accreditations including BS 7412 for windows made from PVC-u extruded hollow profile by easily achieving the requirements in relation to safety, operation and strength.
After assessment and rigorous testing procedures frameXpress also gained the BS Kitemark licence for BS 7950/7412 which caters for enhanced security performance of casement and tilt and turn windows for the domestic market.
As one of the first manufacturers to produce doors and windows using Profile 22’s FS70 profile, amongst other systems, directors Stuart Green and Mark Westbrook progressed to attain certification in order to ensure that the company’s manufacturing methods were of only the highest standards.
Additionally frameXpress passed the BS EN 1279 standard relating to U-values. As a result the company has introduced an ongoing programme of product testing to ensure that quality standards are met and maintained.
The accomplishment of gaining the Kitemarks is the latest acknowledgement that the company is continuing to expand and diversify in order to provide only the best quality standards and is committed to customer satisfaction.
Mark Westbrook comments, “The industry standards are critical to the continued success of the business as there can be no room for uncertainty when it comes to the standards we offer.”
The technical team has always maintained a pro-active approach to product development, production and support services and with new staff and management structures now in place, will continue to develop the company and its products in line with market developments.
As a leading fabricator the company is recognised by customers for performance, reliability and brand superiority.
Part of the success is attributed to the entire team’s understanding of the pressures on their customers to install only the highest standards. Senior management regularly research the market and listen to their customers ensuring that they can benefit from complete peace of mind.
A key factor that places frameXpress ahead of competitors is the attention to detail and customer care warranty that is offered. Many items incorporated into the range are fitted as standard where other suppliers charge additional costs. The company is committed to offer the best products at the right price, placing safety, performance and reliability as priorities.
The tailor-made solutions provided by the company has also greatly assisted in reinforcing the strong market position. Many customers recognise that they can rely upon the technical assistance offered, which is readily available. A highly skilled team of technicians, managers and support staff ensure that all queries are responded to quickly.
Senior management believe that they exceed customer expectation and offer exemplary products that are combined with unrivalled flexibility and expertise as many satisfied customers will attest.
Successfully tackling unusual or complicated projects is also a characteristic that is associated with frameXpress. Many customers rely upon this knowing that tailored solutions will be supplied that will satisfy stringent building regulations associated with housing association schemes, listed building requirements and sensitive aspects associated with MOD projects.
One particularly unusual customer project involved the redevelopment of a Wesleyan chapel into apartments which required the complete internal demolition of the building whilst the exterior had to be maintained. Extensions to the chapel were also required which meant all aspects had to match the original character and features of the original building.
Unusual elements that were incorporated into this were arched windows as well as two large black glass windows that had to cover the full height of the building to mask different internal floor levels.
Working on such bespoke installations as this involves time, commitment and technical understanding. For frameXpress it is vital to manufacture products accurately and to ensure that delivery is prompt and reliable.
John Gaughan, Managing Director of Orchid Homes has been a frameXpress customer for a number of years. He comments,
“One of the main reasons for returning to frameXpress stems from their reliability, expertise and the competitive pricing of the products. The support services and technical advice is second to none so we know we can rely upon the team for help and advice at any time.”
Mark Westbrook comments, “We continue to make substantial investments in modern equipment which enables us to diversify the product range. Technical advice and support services will always remain a priority for the entire team, and therefore it is always very rewarding to know that frameXpress is recognised for its customer commitment.”
Both Stuart Green and Mark Westbrook have a progressive approach to the industry and customer satisfaction which are overriding qualities. They have excellent business relations with both customers and suppliers using only the best to ensure that products in the range perform to the highest levels, no matter how complicated the application.
Mark Westbrook concludes, “A major part of he success associated with frameXpress is understanding our customers’ needs and responding accordingly. Additionally we evaluate market direction and will accommodate legislative industry standards when so required to ensure we only provide superior products.”
In a market environment that has seen hesitant trading conditions, without doubt frameXpress has taken an assertive stance to industry direction and product quality which has worked and reinforces the strong market presence that the company as a whole has established.
